Part-time Office Manager/Secretary/Accounts Administrator is required for a luxury retailer in Central West End.
The role is part-time based in Mayfair in a boutique high-end retail outlet. This role will support the owner and Founder, duties will include accounts administration, running monthly P&L's as well as producing monthly financial reports, including accounts payable, invoices and expenses and export documentation.
Office management duties include liaising with suppliers, shipping contractors and the ordering of supplies.
HR responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing HR records. Some PA and secretarial support is also required including email management, client correspondence, producing financial reports as well as managing social media, marketing and IT support.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in antiques and luxury goods with excellent MS Office skills.
