We are seeking a Senior EA with a professional services background to provide EA support to the Chief Finance Officer. In this role, you will assist with the smooth running of the company in terms of day to day activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- International travel arrangements including flights and accommodation
- Arranging meetings for internal and external events including Committee and Board meetings, ensuring all Board papers are prepared in advance
- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders including government, regulators and investors
