We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to run the engine room of this Financial Services business. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Oversee finance operations: payroll, reconciliations, accounts support
- Manage regulatory compliance and FCA liaison
- Lead internal processes, reporting (MI), and committees
- Run HR activities including recruitment and reviews
- Own systems, tech stack, and office operations
- Support business planning and marketing initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in operations within a Financial Services regulated environment
- Experience managing teams
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Degree qualified (Level 4 / PRINCE2 essential / accounting qualification desirable as well)
