We are currently looking for an ongoing temp Legal EA to join a corporate firm based in Finchley. This role offers some hybrid working with the hours of 9-5.30 and will pay up to £28 hour. This is a fast paced role supporting 28 members of the Legal team.
- Diary management, meeting planning and room booking for the VP and Legal team
- Travel arrangements
- Expenses admin
- You will be the first point of contact and central information point for the Legal department
- Dealing with incoming post and forwarding appropriately
- Office management for Legal team
- Invoice processing and spend tracking against multiple budgets
- Annual department budget compilation and spend control
- Compilation and spend control in respect of the Legal team’s annual Marketing Co-operative budget allocation
- Onboarding and offboarding of department joiners and leavers
- Team event planning and budget control
- As part of the Executive Assistants team, input into regular Executive Assistant meetings
