Office Manager required for boutique finance firm in Mayfair! This is a highly varied role with office management experience required, ideally in Financial Services.
Tasks will include:
- Team administrative support companywide including international travel arrangements
- Expenses management using Concur
- Document production
- Support for HR, Legal and Compliance functions
- Working with the Investor Relations team
- Managing the office and providing support with marketing materials
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing stock levels and placing orders
- Ensuring accounts are up to date with Reception such as florists and key clients
You will be based on Reception with your primary focus on the running of the office. This is a maternity contract starting from August 2026 to November 2027, the hours will be 8-5.30pm five days in office.
