A dynamic and award-winning media company is seeking a strategic addition to their office in Central London. The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach to office management and capable of creating a welcoming environment for both employees of the company and visitors.

You Will be Responsible For:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests of the office
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the workspace, to include reporting repairs, monitoring supply levels and serving as the main point of contact for building management
  • Assisting with onboarding and the preparation of equipment, system access and welcome packs
  • Supporting the internal event coordination to ensure excellent execution

We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in office management or operational support role
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication in a professional and friendly manner across the whole of the organisation
  • Excellent at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
