We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Travel Coordinator to manage and arrange business travel across a private office. This role is fully remote and will involve coordinating and booking approximately 150 flights per year, ensuring seamless, cost-effective, and well-planned travel for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange, book, and manage domestic and international flights (approx. 150 per year)
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport where required
- Ensure all travel complies with company policies and budget guidelines
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively manage changes, cancellations, or disruptions
- Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and documentation
- Liaise with travellers, airlines, and travel providers to resolve issues efficiently
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in travel coordination, travel management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of flight booking systems and travel platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
