A leading global investment bank is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team of experienced bankers from MD to VP level in Central London, supporting the Regal and European Capital Markets. An exciting opportunity for assistants that are highly motivated and thrive in dynamic banking environments that demand exceptional performance. The ideal candidate for this position will be proactive, trustworthy and highly organised.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing itineraries for business travel, roadshows and visas
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and setting up conference calls
  • General administrative support, including the use of Concur to carry out payments and monitor expenses
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls using excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Supporting less experienced members of the team through a buddy system
  • Any other duties as assigned by Office Manager and bankers

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' EA experience in banking
