A fixed term (Maternity Cover) Team Assistant position is available in Central London with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000. The working hours are hybrid, with 3 days in the office and the option to be in the office more if needed. The role is within an international boutique finance firm in the energy sector, specialising in international investments.

The company’s work broadly falls into two areas: delivering technical solutions such as renewable energy and storage projects, and providing advisory or facilitation services to help stakeholders make informed decisions about energy systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the EA and providing seamless support to a team of 10 people
  • Coordinating international travel including organising travel to remote locations and assisting with visa applications
  • Managing office operations, including liaising with suppliers and vendors
  • Coordinating company events and greeting external guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing company-wide diaries and ensuring accurate scheduling of internal and external meetings

Experience and Requirements:

  • At least two years of team secretarial experience within a fast-paced corporate environment and strong office management skills
  • Extensive international travel coordination experience
  • Availability for a maternity cover beginning mid to end of June
