Team Administrator required in cool, funky offices in the heart of the West End for a digital marketing agency.

As the Office Administrator you will be the backbone of the office operations making sure the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities will include supporting on internal events, welcoming guests and managing the meting rooms as well as office the office supplies and shared workspace areas.

You will also assist with health and safety checks and the welcoming of new hires.

Duties will include diary management and calender support to the senior leadership team, helping coordinate meetings as well as international travel arrangements.

You will also support and liaise with IT vendors.

Tasks will include the planning and execution of team events, socials, lunches and off-sites.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in office administration and operational support with a strong customer support role.
