Team Assistant required in Private Equity firm for a one year maternity contract starting in mid-September. Key duties will include:
- Diary management
- Occasional international travel arrangements
- Expenses
- Coordination of company social events
- Co-ordination of the AGM
Hours will be 10am-3pm Monday-Thursday, office based in beautiful offices in Central West End. This role would ideally suit a Mum returner or a student who requires part-time hours. The contract will run from mid-September for one year. Work experience with Private Equity is highly preferable or a professional services environment.
