We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a large, well-established school in North Wembley. This is a fully on-site role, based in welcoming offices, offering the chance to play a key part in the day-to-day and strategic HR function of the school.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the school
- Advise senior leaders and managers on HR policy, employee relations, and best practice
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Support absence management, performance management, and casework
- Ensure HR policies align with current employment legislation
- Work closely with the HR Director to support wider HR initiatives
About You
- CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD
- Strong QBE candidates with proven HR management experience will also be considered
- Must be local or able to commute easily to North Wembley
- Comfortable working 5 days per week on-site
- Confident hands-on approach
- Experience within education is advantageous but not essential
