We’re looking for a practical, confident HR Advisor to join the HR team at a large school in North Wembley. This is a fully on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, hands-on, and part of a busy working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
  • Supporting employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and casework
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Updating HR records, contracts, and policies
  • Ensuring HR processes are followed consistently and in line with employment legislation
  • Working closely with the HR Director and wider team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong QBE candidates with solid HR advisory experience welcomed
  • Comfortable working 5 days per week on-site
  • Must be local or able to commute easily to North Wembley
  • Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
