We are currently looking for an experienced EA to CEO to join a corporate company based in Central London. This position offers hybrid working and will pay up to 70k. This role would be suitable for an EA who has a minimum of 5 years supporting C‐suite level.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary management and meetings scheduling across various timezones
- Complex inbox management
- Work closely alongside the Executive's direct reports to ensure full team oversight
- Taking minutes, preparing and circulating papers, minute taking and distributing
- Preparing presentations and briefing packs
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process—new starter inductions and supporting the leavers process
- Assist with organisation of team away days and events
- Expense and inbox management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years supporting C‐suite level.
