We are currently looking for an EA to support the Head of HR in a large Finance firm based in Central London. This is a 12-month contract which includes one day working from home, this role is paying up to £45k.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including diary management, correspondence handling, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising calls, emails, and meeting requests.
  • Prepare, format, and manage confidential and sensitive documents with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
  • Draft and issue correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring appropriate tone, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Manage complex diaries across a large stakeholder group.
  • Organise internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries, and visa requirements.
