Italian speaking Travelling PA required in Boutique Finance

Boutique Finance Firm in Piccadilly is seeking a Travelling PA with fluency in Italian and English

You will provide both business and private EA responsibilities to the Italian speaking Partner.  Duties will include diary management and travel arrangements as well as expenses management, visa applications and some Private PA duties

\\n\\n

You will also be able to travel on an ad-hoc basis to their offices in Milan, Luxembourg and Monaco to support the international offices.

\\n\\n

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English with solid PA experience at Director level within Financial Services or Real Estate. The role in Monday to Friday, office based and hours are 9.30am-5.30pm.

The role will ideally start at the beginning of June. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your Italian PA skills with your fluency in Italian and travel with your role.
