An esteemed and leading Investment Management firm based in the heart of the West End are actively seeking a bright, capable and diligent EA and Office Manager for a fantastic dual role opportunity on an ongoing temporary basis for at least the next 6 months.
Key duties will include:
- Diary and Inbox management
- Travel, itinerary and visa arranging
- Expense processing
- Event management
- Ad hoc project work in Excel and PowerPoint
- Organising office layout, equipment, and maintenance, including coordinating with external contractors
- Manage subscriptions and other office-related contracts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations
- Ensure appropriate security measures are in place
