We are currently looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join a corporate firm based in central London. The hours are 8:15am – 5:15pm and will be paying up to £14/£15 hour, based in the office. This is a large company with a social environment and a positive working atmosphere. This position would suit an up and coming Receptionist with experience in a corporate environment.

The role

  • Provide professional reception duties.
  • Meet and greet visitors and callers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ensuring items are distributed to the correct recipients and courier collections are arranged when required.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, including setting up equipment, refreshments, and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy.
