Seeking a bright Graduate with excellent University grades to work as a Graduate Events Coordinator for a boutique events company in Central London.
The company is private equity backed and organise over 100 events a year for C-Suite executives within financial services.
Working as part of a small team of Executives you will assist with operations on key functions including events, training delivery and membership experience.
You will handle pre-event communications including ordering food and catering, list of attendees, logistics, table planning and name badges and preparation of guest lists.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with great attention to details as well as happily juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving business.
A passion for Tech and AI is highly desirable with excellent IT skills.
The delivery of high-profile exceptional events is essential and you will have a desire to provide a first class experience to the consumer.
This role will be to start in September and you will enjoy working in a boutique, open plan environment.
