We are currently looking for a Finance EA to support a team of Bankers based in the West End. This is for a large finance company with an international presence and a positive working environment. The company offers regular team socials and a supportive team. The firm assists its clients in achieving their strategic goals by offering comprehensive integrated financial advisory services across all major industry sectors. This position requires an EA with a minimum of three years of experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Support a banking team of approximately eight bankers—MD to VP level.
  • Support client activities and requirements in a proactive manner and liaising with clients.
  • Proactively manage diaries, coordinate and schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and set up conference/videocalls.
  • Manage client contacts and potentially inbox for Bankers.
  • Make travel arrangements; book flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment for business travel (domestic & international), prepare itineraries for business travel, roadshows, visas, etc. in accordance with our policy and manage expectations.
  • Answer/direct incoming phone calls and provide secondary telephone coverage for bankers.
  • Use Concur to process and monitor expenses to ensure prompt payment and reconcile with statements.
  • Support less experienced members of the team, e.g., mentoring or buddying.
