Fashion opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work in West London for a luxury fashion brand. This role will be supporting a Brand Director, Marketing Director and Product Director.
This is a newly created EA role due to company expansion. You will be supporting a team of three Directors who are very busy and are fully supportive. The role is five days office based and you will be working in a friendly, supportive culture supporting senior team leaders.
Duties will include:
- Managing ever changing diaries
- Dealing with complex travel itineraries
- Meeting organisation
The person they are looking for:
- Traditional EA with several years experience at Director level
- Experience managing diaries and travel
- A flair and interest in fashion is a huge plus
