We are working with a respected non‑for‑profit organisation based in the City of London who are seeking an accomplished and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a pivotal role requiring someone confident operating at senior level within a global, fast‑moving environment, with the ability to manage complexity, juggle priorities, and bring a positive, can‑do approach to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
- Comprehensive inbox management, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently
- Working closely with the CEO’s direct reports to ensure full team coordination and oversight
- Preparing, circulating, and taking minutes for meetings; producing agendas and papers
- Creating presentations and detailed briefing packs
- Supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including new starter inductions and leaver processes
- Assisting with the organisation of team away days, events, and off‑sites
- Managing expenses and ongoing administrative support
- Coordinating and supporting international travel
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA supporting a CEO or senior executive level
- Clear experience managing international travel and global schedules
- Background within a global organisation is essential
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, DocuSign, Adobe, Zoom, and WebEx
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused with a genuine can‑do attitude
