A Technology firm is actively seeking an experienced EA to support multiple executives in a very demanding but rewarding environment.
You Will be Responsible For:
- Extensive diary management of the executives
- Collating, formatting and circulating board papers in preparation for meetings
- Drafting and preparing agendas, presentations, spreadsheets and letters and maintaining excellent attention to detail whilst doing so
We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C‑Suite and Board level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A very proactive approach to executive support duties, with an unshakeable motivation to go above and beyond
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
