A highly established, innovative, and dynamic boutique finance firm based in the heart of the West End is currently seeking a bright, tenacious, and capable Executive Assistant to support an MD and their wider team of 15. This is a 3-month temporary role starting as soon as possible in July 2025. Note: This role has the potential to become a permanent position after the initial period, with the possibility of relocation to Dubai.
Key duties will include:
- Managing travel arrangements, which are travel-heavy (approximately 80%), including complex itineraries with strict approval policies and frequent changes.
- Supporting the MD in private equity activities by managing their diary and meetings.
- Providing additional diary support to the wider team and performing usual core administrative duties, such as binding and event planning.
