Corporate, polished Receptionists required for a high profile, international private bank in the West End!
Duties will include meeting and greeting clients, ensuring the Reception area is clean and tidy, booking meeting rooms, and organising client breakfasts and lunches in partnership with the catering team.
Previous reception/administrative experience within a financial services environment or cabin crew is highly desirable. Experience of room bookings and the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure is also required.
You will be working in beautiful new offices with a coffee shop and catering on-site. Immediate start for the right person. There are currently two available Reception roles, and the bank offers excellent benefits.
