Corporate, polished Receptionists required for a high profile, international private bank in the West End!
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ensuring the Reception area is clean and tidy
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising client breakfasts and lunches in partnership with the catering team
You will be working as a team of four Receptionists reporting into the Reception Manager in slick new offices in Central London with a state of the art coffee shop on site.
You will be five days office based and rotate shifts weekly:
- 8-4pm
- 8.30am-4.30pm
- 9-5pm
Previous reception/administrative experience within a financial services environment or cabin crew is highly desirable. Previous experience of room bookings and the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure is also required.
Immediate start for the right person. There are currently two available Reception roles, and the firm also offers an excellent benefits package.
