Board level Executive Assistant required to support the Head of Legal and Office Manager with the international travel sector. In this role, you will work as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, helping to prepare the agenda, type up minutes, and perform office management duties.

You will co-ordinate and prepare six board meetings per year at senior level, as well as prepare the agenda with the company secretary / Head of Legal. Office management duties will include typing up minutes, liaising with contractors, boardroom set-up, and general office administration.

Prior board level experience is not required as full training will be given. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a corporate environment, is a real team player, and is able to pick up new IT systems, work under pressure to agreed deadlines, and handle confidential information with a high level of attention to detail.
