Our client is a membership organisation that includes academics, researchers and international science leaders amongst its prestigious members. Based in Central London, the role is supporting the CEO, who is very driven and one of the leading forces in Science to ensure further investment in the world. He has a clear strategy for the company and has extensive connections in governments, higher education and industry.

Duties:

  • Board level secretarial duties
  • Diary and in-box management
  • Prepare monthly management board meetings
  • Minute taking at the Board meetings
  • Prepare and distribute minutes
  • Bi-monthly management meetings
  • As Deputy EA, you will work alongside the EA to the CEO booking meetings
  • Replying to invitations and drafting responses by email and letter

Requirements:

  • Extensive board level secretarial experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ideally a membership background
  • This is initially a 6 month contract role with a strong likelihood the role could go permanent
