We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a prestigious membership organisation, alongside delivering high-level administrative support to the Board on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

This is a fast-paced and visible role, ideal for an experienced EA who is confident operating at senior leadership level and thrives in a professional, stakeholder-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive support to the CEO, including complex diary management, inbox coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Support Board and committee activity, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and coordination of papers
  • Attend Board meetings and take accurate, high-quality minutes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics where required
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO or Board level
  • Strong experience supporting Boards, including minute-taking at senior meetings
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, and highly discreet
