We are currently looking for an Admin Coordinator to join a charity based in Central London. This is a 3-month FTC starting on June 13th , with a salary of £30,500 pro-rata . Clear admin coordination experience is essential, and an interest in charities is preferred.
The role includes:
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes across the department
- Maintaining team and departmental inboxes
- Providing logistical and administrative support to Project Managers
- Handling administrative duties including scheduling meetings
- Supporting ongoing departmental process improvements and new filing systems
