We are seeking an exceptionally polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a high performing front of house team based in prestigious offices in plush West End offices. Working as part of a team of four receptionists across different levels, you will rotate between working independently and alongside one other team member ensuring seamless front of house coverage for a busy corporate environment.
This role is client facing only, meeting and greeting external visitors (170+ daily), as staff have a separate entrance. You will manage meeting rooms across several floors, ensuring a first class experience for high profile clients at all times. The successful candidate will have an approachable, warm and super friendly personality, balanced with the polish and discretion required in a corporate setting. Several years corporate reception experience is essential, ideally gained within Banking, Finance, or Corporate Law firms.
Weekly rotation of shifts: 8am–4pm, 8.30am–4.30pm, 9am–5pm with One-hour lunch break. Reporting into the Reception Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist who thrives in a structured, high-profile environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
