Highly organised, proactive PA required to join an established Investment Firm based in Central London. You will join a successful team, providing PA support at MD (Managing Director) and Director level. The culture is fast paced, professional and very welcoming to all staff. You will also provide support to the wider PA team, providing administration support to junior fee earners. Hours: 9:5-30pm (with flexibility) based in the office 4 days weekly with one working from home.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA with at least 4 years in a similar role, used to working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial, corporate culture either financial services, consulting or professional services. Strong MS Office skills are required along with experience of using Concur or a similar expense management system. Experience of liaising with HNWCs and stakeholders is also essential as you will have exposure to client contact on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, proactive, confident PA looking for a team based role with hybrid working.
Key duties:
- Ever changing diary management
- Co-ordinating meetings across multiple time zones and handling all logistics
- Managing travel including visas, itineraries and hospitality requirements
- Processing monthly expenses using Concur
- Preparing documents and presentations to a high level for client meetings
- Event coordination both internal and external (away days, team lunches, socials and corporate events)
- Assist with operations/facilities support to ensure the London office runs smoothly
