Working for a large and established asset management company in their London headquarters this role sits within the c-suite. You will provide full PA support to the Head of Legal as well as and with the Company Secretary you will be responsible for the full board cycle.
Working closely with the Company Secretary in the preparation and coordination of the company board meetings; this includes the scheduling of the meetings, liaising with internal Executive Directors as well as the external NEDs. You’ll be booking external venues including the annual board away weekend as well as managing the board events in the office; organising the catering, ensuring the room is set up and hosting the board attendees.
You will work closely with the company secretariat to produce the board papers; collating agenda items, compiling the previous minutes (these are taken by the Co Sec) and creating the board packs. You will also work with the Co Sec, CFO, CEO and CIO and prepare the board presentation.
Although this role has a clear are of responsibility you will be part of the c-suite EA team who are close-knit and super collaborative. Due to the cyclical nature the board support the EAs work closely together to support on the day of the boards all the EAs support each other in busy periods. It is a true muck-in team!
