Exciting permanent opportunity for a dynamic and highly organised PA to provide 1:1 support to a senior leader within the corporate communications team of a global utilities firm. You will have a pivotal role supporting your Principal and at times the wider team to ensure full PA support is provided to help leaders to drive forwards the company's vision and communications strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven PA who would like to evolve and support a large communications team internationally. The role offers HYBRID working based in central London at least three days weekly, hours are 9am-5pm (37.5 weekly) with flexibility and you will receive generous benefits and performance bonuses.

Key duties:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating UK and international travel with detailed agendas
  • Planning and coordinating a wide range of meetings both on and off-site, events and conferences at Executive level booking venues, managing logistics, and ensuring all participants are well briefed
  • Anticipating and adapting to changing priorities with ease in a calm, professional manner
  • Manage expenses and invoices
  • Work collaboratively to provide cover across the wider PA team
  • Network when required and contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed

Ideal candidate:

  • Ideally 5 years + experience as a PA/EA who has supported at Executive level or senior leadership within a global organisation or dynamic, ever-changing, driven culture
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with natural drive and energy to assist the team with communications strategy
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Highly organised and experienced in managing a demanding, fast-moving workload
  • Superb communication skills both verbal and written, with high attention to detail
