Office manager upto 50k (Maternity Cover)

An organised, proactive and people-focused Office Manager is required to join a small, collaborative team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational professional who enjoys driving efficiency, leading others and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
\\nKey Responsibilities:
\\n•    Line manage a team of three and providing support, guidance and effective leadership.
\\n•    Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-run, organised and professional environment.
\\n•    Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure value for money.
\\n•    Monitor budgets, track spending and manage the company credit card, including monthly reconciliation.
\\n•    Identify, implement and optimise process improvements to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
\\n•    Co-ordinate internal events and support company culture initiatives.
\\n•    Organise meetings, prepare documentation and manage schedules.
\\n•    Provide diary and travel management for the London leadership team.
\\nChosen candidate will need to be:
\\n•    Confident managing a small team and fostering a positive team culture.
\\n•    Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
\\n•    Ideally minimum of 4 years of office operational experience 
\\n•    A natural problem-solver with a calm, solution-focused approach.
\\n•    Able to start at short notice and commit to a 12-month contract.
