Key Responsibilities:
\\n• Complex diary management across multiple time zones
\\n• Organising extensive international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the CEO and senior leaders
\\n• Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the leadership team
\\n• Managing action points, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
\\n• Overseeing smooth office operations of the new offices, liaising with IT, and facilities
\\n\\n
The Ideal Candidate:
\\n• Previous experience as an Office Manager and/or EA at C-suite level
\\n• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
\\n• Confident handling international travel and complex schedules
\\n• Professional, discreet, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
\\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
