Leading Private Equity firm with offices globally are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their London office. You will be an integral part of the team and have an extremely proactive, highly organised mindset with the ability to liaise effortlessly with HNWCs and senior finance professionals. An excellent opportunity to join a thriving private equity firm that offers hybrid working (4 days in the office) and the opportunity to develop your role by undertaking project support, operational/office management duties and work in a close-knit team of 6 EAs who are collaborative and very supportive. Excellent benefits and bonuses are provided along with a sociable, friendly team all with long tenure in the firm.
Duties will include full business support to three senior Executives including extensive complex diary management, UK and international travel, liaising with HNWCs and organising meetings and events along with operational support duties and some private support. The ideal candidate will be a graduate Executive Assistant or at least strong A’levels with 5 years solid Finance/professional services experience preferably Private Equity/Hedge funds/boutique environments, with exposure to assisting within investor relations or providing HR project support.
