Established Investment Management firm with over 200 staff based in central London are currently recruiting an exceptional C‑Suite level Executive Assistant to provide extensive business support to the CEO and CIO. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience within financial services, asset management or professional services, with a calmly confident, capable, client centric manner able to liaise with HNWCs and stakeholders.
The role offers hybrid working with four days based in the office, core hours are 9am-6pm, flexibility is required. This is an excellent opportunity to support an established, professional, secure highly successful team at C‑Suite, the role offers generous bonuses and benefits and scope to add value and liaise with clients.
Key duties- 60% support to the CEO, 40% support to the CIO with ad‑hoc support to the Chairman
- Extensive travel coordination both UK and international
- Diary management to ensure effective time management
- Stakeholder engagement, liaising with investors and clients over the phone, email and in person to develop a rapport and provide an impeccable first impression acting with professionalism and discretion
- Minute taking at weekly ExCo meetings, coordinating away days, organising logistics, assist with Board reports
- Coordinating ad‑hoc projects to add value at C‑Suite
- Process expenses accurately
- Coordinating international roadshows and client events
- Assisting with coordination of annual appraisals
- Providing seamless EA support as a team and assisting other EAs across the group
- A minimum of 10 years within Financial services, asset management or regulated corporate organisations
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to liaise with HNWCs on a daily basis
- Highly organised, proactive and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- 27 days holiday increasing with length of service
