Highly established global utilities firm headquartered in central London are actively seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a driven, highly respected, successful Principal. You will be vital in supporting with full business support duties to ensure your Principal is able to implement the strategy of the firm. As a result, your role will have exposure to senior level stakeholders within the organisation including the Office of the CEO, Chief of Staff and global senior leadership team. You will also be confident in liaising with external investors, government organisations and regulators.

Impeccable attention to detail, an agile mindset able to effectively work within a fast-paced, ever-changing sector are essential. You will provide right hand support and strive to add value across the business, assisting with projects/initiatives across the business. The organisation values sustainability across the group in all activities and has a great reputation for low turnover, staff well-being and working in a collaborative, diverse culture. You will be based in modern offices in central London, hours are 9-5pm based in the office 5 days with some flexibility to work from home along with occasional travel to other offices within the group.

The ideal candidate will previously have worked in a global organisation ideally FTSE listed, with extensive experience at C-Suite/Group Executive level, forward-thinking with the ability to represent your Principal professionally in all meetings and communications at all times.
