Highly successful and rapidly expanding Property Consultancy firm in central London are currently looking for a highly organised, proactive and ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director who is outgoing, charismatic and entrepreneurial along with the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced C‑Suite level Executive Assistant preferably from a Consultancy or professional services background which is fast paced and client focussed, I.T. savvy and highly proactive.

A key aspect of this role will be to utilise your impeccable communication skills when liaising with the Board and key internal stakeholders, dealing with corporate governance issues along with full classic EA duties; diary management, arranging travel and meetings, attending and minuting meetings, producing high level reports, presentations, internal communication, assisting with events and helping to implement AI tools.

You will have a pivotal role in supporting the business and ideally possess an inquisitive mind‑set, able to see the bigger picture when working on key projects and have a high level of emotional intelligence when liaising with all staff.
