We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly intelligent UHNWI within the Family Office. This role will work independently in the office with regular liaison with Senior EAs and Chief of Staff who are based in the European office, acting as a key point of coordination across global operations. It is a hands-on position requiring absolute discretion, strong judgement, initiative and the ability to operate confidently and independently.
The majority of the role will focus on overseeing UK and international property management, including maintenance coordination, contractor liaison and ongoing oversight to ensure residences are run seamlessly. You will also manage a portfolio of vehicles (permits, insurance, servicing and renewals), arrange private travel, oversee bill payments, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Principal’s affairs.
Additional responsibilities will include providing support with the Principal’s children’s educational applications and associated administrative processes, as well as assisting the Principal’s spouse with ad hoc matters, including philanthropic initiatives and related projects.
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive and solutions oriented with proven experience supporting UHNW individuals and the ability to operate confidently and autonomously within a family office environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a calm, composed and discreet manner, with a nurturing yet highly professional approach. They must be resilient, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines with efficiency and discretion.
This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm) based in Central London. Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.
