An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast paced creative, boutique sector. The chosen EA will need to be graduate calibre ideally working within the design, fashion or luxury sector and will need an understanding of working with creative geniuses. This role will require the EA to be organised, be able to prioritise tasks, be commercially aware as well as be a trusting and discreet assistant. This is a challenging and demanding role and you will be the main gatekeeper working closely with the senior leadership team.
Duties will include:
- Project work
- Handling diaries
- Travel and calendar management
- Supporting from planning to conception
- Producing reports and presentation material
- Attending meetings
- Liaising with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Ideally the EA will need a minimum of 5 years team administrative support experience. The working hours are 9-6pm based in Central London, 5 days in the office.
