An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an intelligent, client focussed Executive Assistant with Operational / Office Management experience to join a prestigious boutique investment bank. This position is at Founder and CEO level requiring a robust individual who has excellent client engagement skills and the ability to add value strategically. Office based 5 days, along with a generous salary of £70,000 - £80,000, the role also offers generous benefits and bonuses.
Key responsibilities:
- Impeccable Executive Assistant support to the Founder and CEO
- Arranging all meetings, complex international travel arrangements
- Producing high level client presentations
- Managing expenses, assisting with end of quarter and end of year reports
- Liaising with all key stakeholders and investors internationally
- Build and develop strong working relationships with central service functions including I.T., Finance, HR, compliance, legal both internally and with external suppliers
- Overseeing office supplies and utilities, maintenance contracts and leases
- HR support; onboarding staff and coordinating performance reviews
- Being an ambassador for the CEO and company, delivering excellence and professionalism at all times
Ideal candidate:
- Extensive Executive experience within fast paced, client focussed cultures ideally within Financial services environment, ideally boutique cultures supporting at C-Suite level
- Office management, operational experience, able to add value to existing processes (essential)
- Highly organised with excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Excellent communicator, able to develop a strong rapport with clients and internal staff
- Advanced MS Office and I.T. savvy
