We are seeking an exceptional C-Suite Executive Assistant ideally temp to perm start to support a Global CEO at the helm of a highly influential international organisation. This is a rare opportunity to partner with a visionary, intellectually formidable and globally recognised leader who is driving meaningful change at scale. The CEO is a dynamic and powerful force within the industry and is seeking a true right-hand partner, someone who understands her vision, anticipates her needs and helps bring strategic objectives to life.
This role requires a highly dynamic, confident and resilient EA with a strong personality and outstanding communication skills. You will liaise regularly with FTSE 100 CEOs, global leaders and their business support networks, acting as an ambassador and trusted extension of the CEO. Responsibilities include managing complex and ever-changing global travel across multiple time zones, producing detailed travel itineraries, overseeing expenses, coordinating extensive board meetings, supporting board governance processes and at times being the voice of the CEO. The role sits within the Office of the Chief of Staff and CFO and will involve ad hoc strategic and operational support as required.
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, commercially astute, composed and comfortable operating at the highest level of business. You must thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment, demonstrate sound judgement and possess the gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders globally.
