- Manage the firm-wide portfolio roadmap with milestones, risks, dependencies and priorities
- Provide clear management information and reporting to senior leadership and the Board
- Drive accountability, delivery and governance across multiple workstreams
- Support acquisition integrations across key business functions
- Monitor organisational capacity, resources, benefits and strategic outcomes
- Develop and improve processes, tools and reporting, using technology and automation where appropriate
