An UHNW Financier with a global property portfolio is looking for a Property Professional or someone with a keen interest(Chartered Surveyor, Real Estate or Estate Management Degree, RICS qualification) to manage his extensive, complex and growing commercial and residential property group.The work will be constant and deadline driven, with huge renovation and refurbishment projects at the highest spec, working closely with interior designers, architects, surveyors, structural engineers, contractors and project managers.If you have the relevant required experience and enjoy a fast-paced role where you are kept on your toes, then roles don’t come much better than this.Manage a residential property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance and presentation.• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, contractors, suppliers and property inspections.• Oversee compliance, fire safety, block management, tenant matters and property records.• Support property preparations for owners and guests, working with household staff and external teams.• Key Skills & Experience • 5+ years’ property management experience, ideally within private client/family office environments• Exceptional academics - graduate and strong A-levels or equivalent academics• Contractor, supplier and stakeholder management• Commercially and financially astute, analytical and data-driven• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively• Professional, personable and discreet• Strong independent working ability, judgement and attention to detail We act as an employment agency for this role.
