We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing services business in a newly created Executive Assistant position. The role will work with the CEO, CCO and FD to build the wider team and implement the core business functions across the operation. A true right-hand and a great opportunity to be involved in the forming of a new business!The role will require solid EA experience at c-suite, any industry background would be transferable but businesses of 100+ staff would be key to help imbed with the core business functions Alongside the full board support, 1:1 EA support to the CEO as well as light touch support to the rest of the c-suite there will be ample opportunity to be involved in various projects. These will include; HR and people projects – including exciting culture building plans. You will also set-up their new offices and bring together the operations and admin functions of the business. The company have bold plans for the next 3 years and the intention is that this role will be at the heart of that development.
