We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and genuinely cares about both guests and team.
About the Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the management team to uphold Murano's standards of excellence and hospitality. You will:
- Lead, train and support the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Be confident and composed on the floor, leading by example.
- Show passion for food, wine and genuine hospitality.
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant.
