We are recruiting for a talented legal professional to join our in-house legal team in London – Victoria on a permanent basis.

About the role

You will form part of a small, collegiate team of in-house legal professionals. You will provide legal advice and support to all areas of the business for the full cradle-to-grave lifecycle of rolling stock asset management. This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas.

What will you be doing?

Providing practical and timely legal advice in connection with the procurement, leasing, maintenance, operation, refurbishment, insurance, and disposal of rolling stock.
Structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Working within multidisciplinary project teams on diversification, acquisition and growth opportunities across the business.
Identifying, understanding and mitigating both legal and commercial risk.

What do we need from you?

3-5 years post-qualification experience.
A background in asset leasing / finance.
Experience in commercial contracts would be beneficial.
