- Plan and deliver lessons that are accessible, engaging, and differentiated to meet EHCP targets.
- Prepare pupils for accreditation routes including GCSE, Functional Skills, or Unit Awards.
- Support learning and behaviour in the Alternative Provision when required.

- Monitor, track, and report pupil progress regularly.
- Promote resilience, confidence, and independent learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development across Art and wider creative subjects.

- A supportive, close-knit team with a focus on wellbeing and collaboration.
- Professional development: Tailored CPD opportunities in SEND, SEMH, and small-group teaching.
- Work–life balance: Reduced marking and admin, supported teaching teams, and a focus on meaningful progress over paperwork.
